We were experiencing an ant and spider problem and decided to call Alert.
I was especially concerned about using something that wasn't toxic because I have dogs. They came out and did an assessment, and answered my questions. They came out and did two separate applications and it certainly did the trick. Haven't seen an ant or spider since. I will certainly call them again if we need this kind of help. Thank you Alert!

Top level service provided by Alert Pest Control. I run a high end wine storage facility. Where pest and rodent control are of the utmost importance. Working with the top notch service technician Rob G has been a pleasure. He has great customer service and knowledge of pest control is always of the best quality. Highly recommended.

I called alert for an estimate to get rid of ants the receptionist transferred my call me to a gentleman who then asked me a number of questions and then gave me the option of a couple of different services I went with the cheaper of the two we scheduled an appointment they came out on the date and the exact time they said they would and I was most happy with their service they've got rid of my ants, and I haven't seen any sense and I was happy in dealing with them, The reason why I am writing this review is because I called a total of three companies and the other two large pest control companies tried to pressure me in a year's contract in which I was not looking for at this time, alert gave me two options of services and I picked the one that fit my budget. Plus I used them about nine years ago for rats/mice I was happy with them, I'm so glad they we're still in business.
