Michael the son-(John you did a great job raising him!) was very patient and kind.  I had a rodent problem, INSIDE the house, since my last service-ALs PEST Control-Never use him!  The previous company did not use metal grating in the roof, he used plastic foam which rodents chew through, and therefore i HAD RODENTS IN THE HOUSE!!

Michael came out to look at all possible entries, and put me in the hands of Rodrigo, who set traps, actually caught something in them, and I am having a monthly service because of their STELLER service. He was nice and not demeaning.  Also, Liam and Arturo who did the rodent proofing were very timely and meticulous. They also checked for bedbugs, and did a thorough job, none found ,YAY!

I would not hesitate to recommend this fantastic company who is affordable and competent!

That has been a great help to us and we can proudly say we are rodent free!!! Not easy with such a big and old building. Alert Pest Control has been servicing my residence and my place of business for years.  
There have been some ups and downs but if you tell any vendor exactly what you want, it becomes difficult to screw things up.   At home I had rats, carpenter ants and at work we had roaches.  All pest issues have been remedied and will continue to use them at both locations.

Six months ago, I received a few bites, freaked out, and upon tearing my place apart, found a bed bug!
I called around for price quotes, and this company was, by far, the least expensive. Every employee I spoke to on the phone was extremely professional and friendly. I called back multiple times to ask questions, and they were knowledgeable, nice and patient with me. My pest control operator, Uri, was the best! He was pleasant and cheerful--you couldn't ask to meet a nicer person. The treatments were effective (I haven't had a bite since) and I saved a ton of money by going with these guys!

Having bedbugs is a nightmare, but the staff at Alert made the experience of eliminating the problem the most positive it could be. If I ever have another pest problem, I will be calling them again.

I use Alert all the time.
I work for a property management company and whenever we have an pest issue I am on the phone with alert in a matter of seconds. Everyone from Carmen to Mike to the owner himself have been very helpful to me and the rest of my office staff. They are well organized, extremely knowledgeable, and really kind. Whenever we have questions  about a certain pest or a product they use they have problem answering us in full detail, even providing links to articles that explain our questions as well. Even when our tenants contact them they are more than willing to be helpful and provide all the information that is requested.  If I call them on a Monday to service an apartment they are out within two business days.

This company did a fine job with a pest problem I was experiencing.  
They showed up on time and completed the work they agreed to do.  I used them for 9+ months.  There was one issue with regard to invoicing, but once John, the owner, became personally involved, it was immediately resolved to both of our satisfaction.

Alert has been very responsive to my needs.
The technicians and office personnel are polite and professional. Ralph was my technician until he left and now I have Rick. They are very polite, I trust them and have no qualms about having them in my house. I would and have recommended Alert to others.
